이 panel은 384-well PCR plate에 microRNA PCR primer set를 미리 분주하여 제공되며, 매우 민감하고, 매우 정확한 expression profiling이 가능한 panel이다. 40 ng의 total RNA만 있으면 pre-amplification 과정없이 742 human microRNA까지 profiling이 가능하다. 본 panel은 human, mouse & rat microRNA 분석용이 별도로 판매된다.

특징
본 microRNA Ready-to-Use PCR panels은 최소한의 초기샘플량으로 매우 민감한 high-throughput expression profiling이 가능하도록 만들어졌다. Universal cDNA synthesis reaction과 Ready-to-Use PCR panels을 조합하면 보다 빠르고, 쉽게 microRNA profiling이 가능하다. 이 panel에는 well마다 1 reaction이 가능하도록 dried down primer가 미리 분주되어 있어, 간단하게 cDNA와 SYBR® Green master mix만 첨가하면 Real Time PCR 반응이 가능하다.
샘플을 넣고, 결과를 얻기까지 약 3시간정도면 가능하다(그림 1).

The LNA™-enhanced, microRNA specific PCR primer는 아래와 같은 장점이 있다.
1) 매우 낮은 level의 microRNA의 양도 정확하게 검출가능할 만큼의 매우 낮은 background는 물론, 최고의 민감도를 갖게 해준다.
2) 정확한 분석은 매우 유사한 microRNA 서열간의 차이 구분을 가능하게 한다.

MicroRNA Ready-to-use PCR panels은 Exiqon의 Universal cDNA synthesis kit와 SYBR® Green master mix kit에 최적화 되어 있다. 다른 reagent를 사용했을 경우에는 결과의 quality에 영향을 줄 수 있다.
