Features
The miRCURY™ RNA Isolation Kit은 separation matrix와 같이 특유의 레진을 이용한 spin column chromatography방법을 이용한다. Total RNA는 phenol 이나 chloroform 같은 독극물을 사용하지 않고, 20-50분 정도면 쉽게 추출된다.(샘플에 따라 시간은 차이가 있음.)

이 kit은 샘플 종류에 따라 최적화된 프로토콜을 제공한다. 이 프로토콜은 3개의 간단한 스텝으로 구성되어 있다(그림1).

1. The cells or tissue are lysed with the provided Lysis solution
2. Ethanol is added and the solution is loaded onto the column
3. The solution is washed and eluted with the included Wash and Elusion solutions, respectively
