Features
miRCURY RNA Isolation Kit for FFPE는 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) sample로부터 고품질의 total RNA를 추출하기 위한 최적의 제품이다. Unique spin column 기술 기반의 본 제품을 이용하면 FFPE 샘플로부터 1시간 이내에 빠르고 심플하게 최고 효율의 total RNA를 추출할 수 있다 (그림 1). De-paraffinization과 lysis는 인체에 무해한 blue-colored paraffin dissolver를 사용하여 one step으로 진행하기 때문에 RNA degradation을 방지할 뿐만 아니라 formalin cross-linking으로부터 RNA를 분리할 시에 사용되는 xylene, d-limonene 또는 다른 toxic reagent를 사용할 필요가 없다. Spin column은 매우 적은 양의 샘플 (< 5 mg of tissue)도 적용가능하며, micro-dissection에 최적이다. 본 제품은 또한 vacuum system을 활용한 automated processes 에도 적용 가능하다.

Applications
