SYPRO^® Ruby Protein Gel Stain

SYPRO^® Ruby Protein Gel Stain은 polyacrylamide gel로 분리한 단백질을 신속하게 검출할 수 있는 민감도 높은 형광염색시약이다. 1-D SDS-PAGE, 2-D PAGE 또는 isoelectric focusing(IEF)에 적용할 수 있으며 일반적인 형광검출 장치나 mass spectrometry와 같은 실험에도 병행할 수 있다.
SYPRO^® Ruby Protein Stain은 한 개의 시약으로 구성되어 있으며 1L로 minigel 20장 또는 큰 2D gel 2장에 적용할 수 있다. Tris-Glycine, Tris-Tricine, 또는 nondenaturing gel 등에도 적용할 수 있다.

보존

SYPRO^® Ruby Stain는 차광 실온(20~25℃) (적절한 조건에서 보존 시 9개월 이상)
