±×¸² 2. Comparison of Human Universal Reference RNA and Human Brain Reference RNA sequencing alignment metrics for 10 ng of RNA treated with the RiboGone - Mammalian kit and the SMARTer Stranded RNA-Seq Kit show that RiboGone efficiently degrades rRNA from small total RNA samples.



±×¸² 3. Sequencing data of RiboGone - Mammalian treated RNA samples highly correlate with MAQC qPCR data for the same reference RNA. The high level of correlation between the RNA-Seq and MAQC data (R=0.860) shows that depletion of rRNA with RiboGone does not interfere with detection of other genes by RNA-seq.
