TaKaRa MiniBEST Bacteria Genomic DNA Extraction Kit Ver.3.0은 gram-positive/negative bacteria를
포함한 다양한 bacteria의 genomic DNA를 추출하는 제품이다. 특히 DNA Preparation membrane과 특별하게 제작된 lysis buffer를 사용함으로써
bacteria로부터 genomic DNA를 효율적으로 추출할 수 있다.
본 제품을 이용하면 cell lysis 이후 20분만에 고순도의 genomic DNA의 분리가 가능하며, 1.0 - 5.0 x 109 bacteria (OD600 = 1, equivalent to 1ml
broth containing 1.0 x 109 cells)로부터 1 - 20ug의 고순도의 genomic DNA를 정제할 수 있다. 본 제품을 이용하여 추출한 genomic DNA는 PCR,
Southern blotting, RAPD, AFLP, RFLP나 그 외 분자생물학 실험에 적용할 수 있다.
