TaKaRa MiniBEST Viral RNA/DNA Extraction Kit Ver.5.0은 plasma, whole blood, cell-free body fluids, virus stock solution, infected tissue를 포함한 다양한 sample source로부터 virus RNA/DNA 를 정제하는 제품이다. 본 제품은 biological sample로부터 viral RNA/DNA를 효율적으로 정제할 수 있는 nucleic acid preparation membrane과 특별한 lysis buffer로 구성되어있다.
본 제품을 이용하면 virus lysis 이후, 20분만에 고순도의 RNA/DNA를 정제할 수 있다. Flury strain rabies virus로부터 1.6 x 10⁵ copies, Hepatitis A virus로부터 1.0 x 10⁴ copies의 RNA를 추출 가능하다. 본 제품을 이용하여 추출한 RNA는 RT-PCR, Northern blotting과 같은 여러 실험에 적용 가능하다.
