TaKaRa MiniBEST Whole Blood Genomic DNA Extraction Kit은 10ul 이하의 유핵적혈구 (nucleated erythrocyte)를 포함한 Whole blood (조류 또는 어류), 1ul-1ml의 무핵적혈구를 포함한 Whole blood (포유류)로부터 고순도의 genomic DNA를 정제하는 제품이다. 특히 본 제품은 무핵적혈구와 백혈구 (non-nucleated erythrocyte and leukocyte)로부터 genomic DNA를 추출하기 위한 특별한 lysis buffer로 구성되어있다. 본 제품을 이용하면 1시간 이내에 고순도의 genomic DNA를 정제 가능하다. 추출한 genomic DNA는 PCR, Southern blotting, RAPD, AFLP, RFLP와 그 외의 다양한 분자생물학 실험에 적용가능하다.

^＊1: The 10X Buffer RCL A and 10X Buffer RCL B are mixed in the ratio of 1:4 before use to prepare 10X Buffer RCL (erythrocyte lysis solution).
      The 10X Buffer RCL may be prepared by adding all 10X Buffer RCL A into 10X Buffer RCL B bottle before first use, and be stored at 4℃ for
      1 year.
^＊2: Contains Strong denaturant. Be careful to avoid contacting with skin and eyes. In the case of such contact, wash immediately with plenty
      water and seek medical advice.
^＊3: Before using the kit, add 56 ml of 100% ethanol. Mix well.

보관 및 운송

1. Part I can be stored and shipped at -20℃, Part II can be stored and shipped at room temperature (15 - 25℃).
2. 10X Buffer RCL A and 10X Buffer RCL B can be stored at room temperature.
The mixed 10X Buffer RCL can be stored at 4℃ for 1 year.
