Rapid Protein A-based Immunoprecipitation
Immunoprecipiation(IP)과 Co-immunoprecipiation(Co-IP)는 단백질과 다른 단백질 또는 거대분자 (Macromolecules) 간의 상호작용을 연구하는 데 유용한 실험 방법이다. Capturem™ IP & Co-IP Kit는 단백질 또는 단백질-단백질(항체) 복합체를 빠르고 간편하게 정제할 수 있는 용이한 제품이다. 본 제품은 항체와 결합된 단백질을 정제할 수 있는 Capturem™ Protein A columns을 이용하며 Cell lysis, binding, washing 및 항체-항원 복합체 용출을 위한 Elution buffer까지 모두 제품 내에 포함되어있다. 본 제품을 이용하면 실온에서 15분만에 Immunoprecipitation을 완료할 수 있다.

Each Capturem Protein A spin column contains a high-capacity Protein A membrane with increased surface area, providing much higher antibody binding capabilities per ml of membrane than per ml of resin.

Each mini spin column can be loaded with up to 800 μl of sample containing the antibody-antigen complex. Antibodies are first bound to equilibrated membrane, followed by washing with 100 μl of wash buffer, and elution with 30/50 μl of elution buffer. Each step is followed by spinning the tube for 1 min at 1,000g. This entire purification is complete in ~15 min.
