아래의 프라이머 세트로 PCR을 실시하여 Welchii 균 독소 유전자를 특이적으로 검출할 수 있다.
사용 전 주의사항
본 제품은 유전자 검출방법을 이용하므로 생균과 사균에서 모두 검출됩니다.
염색체 상에서 primer 결합부위에 서열 변이, 결실 또는 삽입이 된 경우, 목적 유전자를 검출할 수 없는 경우도 있습니다.
판정의 확정을 위해서는 유전자 검사 외의 미생물학적인 검사도 병행하십시오.

[Precautions before use]
This product is designed for detection of the target gene DNA, and detects not only living bacteria but also inactivated bacteria.
The target gene may not be detected when there is mutation, deletion, or insertion in the genomic sequences correspond with the primers.
Confirm positive samples with another microbiological method.
