TaKaRa MiniBEST Agarose Gel DNA Extraction Kit은 agarose gel에서 DNA 단편을 신속하게 정제하기 위한 제품이다. 본 Kit는 agarose gel을 용해시키는 전매 buffer와 DNA fragment를 정제하기 위한 column으로 구성되어 있다. Buffer는 강한 버퍼 특징을 갖고 있으며 Spin column membrane에 최적화된 pH값을 갖는지 쉽게 확인할 수 있는 pH indicator를 포함하고 있다. 추가로 buffer는 가열없이 실온(15~25℃)에서 gel을 빠르게 녹일 수 있다. 20분이내 실험 전 과정을 수행할 수 있다. Spin Column은 최대 20 μg까지 DNA를 결합시킬 수 있고 50 bp~20 kbp이내의 DNA 단편을 효과적으로 회수할 수 있다. 회수율은 약 50~80% 정도된다. 그러나 DNA 단편이 20~50 kbp사이면 회수율은 더 떨어질 수 있다. 본 kit으로 정제한 DNA는 ligation, PCR, sequencing과 같은 모든 종류의 분자생물학 실험에 적용할 수 있다.

내용

1반응 당 300 mg의 agarose gel(1% 농도의 agarose 기준)을 처리할 수 있다.
본 Kit은 Reagent Set와 Column Set으로 구성되어 있다.

3. Precipitate may occur in the Buffer GM under low temperature. Please warm with a 37℃ to dissolve and use after returning to room
temperature.
