제품 설명

Human Mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) Monitoring Primer Set은 인간의 미토콘드리아 DNA (mtDNA) copy number를 핵 DNA (nDNA)를 기준으로 상대적으로 측정하기 위한 Real Time PCR용 primer set이다.
본 제품에는 mtDNA와 nDNA을 검출하기 위한 primer set가 각각 2종류씩 총 4종류가 포함되고 있다.
각 primer는 pseudogenes과 마우스 유래의 DNA는 증폭하지 않도록 설계되어 있으므로, iPS세포처럼 마우스 유래의 feeder 세포를 이용할 경우에서도 문제 없이 사용할 수 있다.
본 제품은 1샘플에 대해서 4 set의 primer를 사용하여 Real Time PCR로 얻은 mtDNA와 nDNA의 Ct값의 차이 대비 mtDNA의 copy number를 상대 정량으로 산출한다.
본 제품을 사용함으로써 mtDNA copy number 변동을 쉽게 모니터링할 수 있어 iPS세포 등의 다능성 세포에서 줄기 세포 방향으로 분화·유도하는 과정에 증가하는 것으로 알려진 mtDNA copy number 모니터링 등에 유용하다.

본 제품에 포함되는 각 primer set는 MightyAmp™ for Real Time (TB Green™ Plus) (Code R075A/B) 및 TB Green™ Premix Ex Taq™ II (Tli RNaseH Plus)(Code RR820A/B)와 함께 사용하는 것을 추천한다.

해석에는 Microsoft Office Excel에서 작성된 mtDNA copy number 산출용 파일을 이용할 수 있습니다.
